18 Weeks

How far along? 18 weeks (February 23rd)

Baby size: Sweet Potato, 6.7 oz, 5.6in

Total weight gain/loss: At the last doctor's appointment in week 16, I had gained 4 pounds.

Maternity clothes? Mostly pants and a few casual t-shirts.
Stretch marks? Nope, but still itchy.

Sleep: Having lots of crazy dreams!!  I get in the bed as soon as I put Emersyn down (7:30-8).  Sleeping is one of my favorite things to do :)
Best moment this week: We had the gender reveal this past weekend.  I went ahead and posted the pictures on the 17 weeks post since I knew people were wanting to know!!  
Miss Anything? Enjoying food, cooking, and going out to eat.
Movement: A little.  I can feel him a time or two during the day but very lightly.

Food cravings: I was really wanting sloppy joe's for some reason this past week, so I made them one night for dinner.  Well, needless to say, there is another food item that is on my NO EAT list.  Daniel said he doesn't want to take me to any of his favorite restaurants because I will want to eat something, and then after the meal I hate the food and never want it again. 

Anything making you queasy or sick: We went to a Mexican place in Gaffney this past Saturday before the gender reveal party on Sunday.  I was nauseated from 9pm until 2:30am with no sleep until I finally started vomiting.   It was awful!!!  I will spare you the details, just trust me... I may never go to a Mexican restaurant again!!  That night I also had taken a new prenatal vitamin sample, so not sure if that was the reason I was so sick or the food.  I threw out the rest of that prenatal vitamin sample just in case!!  I was nauseated all day Sunday during the party and sluggish Monday as well.

Have you started to show yet:  Yes!

Gender: It's a Boy!!

Symptoms: Food aversions, tired, forgetful

Belly Button in or out? In
Wedding rings on or off? On
Looking forward to: I think I have decided on baby boy's bedding and nursery theme, so I am excited to start pulling ideas together to plan his room!  We have A LOT of work ahead of us because his room is currently Daniel's office and his closet is currently Daniel's closet.
