25 Weeks

How far along? 25 weeks

Baby size: Cauliflower, 1.46 lb, 13.62 in (crown to heel)

Total weight gain/loss: 12 pounds as of last doctor's appointment
Maternity clothes? Yes! 
Stretch marks? Nope.
Sleep: I'm still sleeping pretty good.  I fall asleep easily but do wake often due to crazy dreams or needing to switch sides. 
Best moment this week: I am so thankful to be feeling better than I did during the first 20 weeks of this pregnancy.  Saturday we took Emersyn to an egg hunt at Barnett Park, and she had a great time.  After the hunt, we drove to Clemson to watch the spring game.  Emersyn did pretty good until the last quarter, so we left early and stopped at a yummy BBQ place on the way home.  Poor Daniel caught the stomach bug that Emersyn and I had the last few weeks on Sunday, but he was a trooper and still hid eggs for the kids at his parents house.  Tuesday, Emersyn and I had our first pedicure of the season.  She was SO proud of her toenails, and it was great mommy/daughter time.  Then we went shopping a bit with Mimi mainly to look for Emersyn some shoes, but she screamed and refused to get her foot measured.  She has been scared of the foot measurer for some crazy reason since she was a baby. 
Miss Anything? Of course there are back aches, shortness of breath, throbbing calves, etc, but I would take these weeks over the beginning of the pregnancy ANYDAY!!
Movement: YES!!  He is flopping around a lot now.  I can see him moving my stomach when I am sitting on the couch or laying in the bed.  Guess he's getting some size on him now.
Food cravings: The BBQ was really good Saturday night, salads, raw carrots, wraps, fruit, and still enjoying pizza.
Anything making you queasy or sick: I have really had a pretty good week without much nausea or sick feelings.  I have had to take Tums 2-3 nights this past week... but that just comes with having a baby moving all your insides around.
Have you started to show yet: Oh yes!
Gender: It's a BOY!!
Symptoms:  Heavy calves at night, crazy dreams, shortness of breath, heartburn

Wedding rings on or off? On
Looking forward to: Celebrating Easter and that Jesus is Alive this weekend!!  

 While I was so miserably sick back in December, Daniel went out and planted my favorite bulbs in our back yard as a surprise for me this spring.  I had no idea until they started blooming a few weeks ago :)
