Emersyn's First Christmas

We had a wonderful first Christmas as a family of three.  We are beyond blessed to have amazing families who love us so much, and Emersyn is extremely blessed to have two sets of grandparents, four sets of great grandparents, aunts and uncles, and many cousins!!  Here are a few of the many pictures we took during the week of Christmas.

 Emersyn hasn't really started the excitement of waking up early for Santa yet haha!  I think she would rather sleep.

 Santa brought Emersyn an activity gym for tummy time, a baby swing for our swing set, a coat, pajamas, and a dress.

 Opening my presents from Daniel.  He did all the wrapping himself : )  He got me gift cards to shop at some of my favorite places (White House Black Market, Banana Republic, etc), dinner at Grove Park Inn, and several other gift cards to our favorite restaurants for dates.

 Our minds must have been thinking alike because (thanks to a Pinterest idea) I went ahead and purchased us a different date for each month of 2015.  Guess we both were longing for some dates soon... if we can stand to leave little miss that is :)

The day after Christmas, Daniel had to go to work so Emersyn and I woke up and went in our pajamas to my parents for the day!  We were both exhausted from all the Christmas gatherings.  Emersyn took a long 4 hour nap : )
